The Ontario Trillium Foundation has provided the club with a significant grant that will allow us to purchase new Sailing School boats in 2012

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 27TH   Chef Rick at the Idylwylde is preparing a delicious Pre-Christmas meal for us to provide the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the jovial company of fellow SYC members as the 2011 season draws to an end.   We are looking forward to seeing you there so please reserve asap (by next Monday Nov. 21st)    by return e-mail or @ 705-674-2547.                                                       Colleen

Please note that the combination lock on the gate will be replaced by a regular keyed lock just before Christmas. The combination lock will be reinstalled in spring.

 I regret to inform you that I did not win that luxury television set; however,   I am delighted to report, that the winning ticket belonged to Lilliane Dignard.   Our thanks go out to Warren Flannery for spearheading this fundraising endeavour for the junior saiing program and to all the people who sold the tickets and to all those who purchased them.

LASER SAIL BOAT FOR SALE  

I have a Laser sailboat for sale and I am asking $950.00 or best offer. It is located in Alban. It is in good condition, however, there is a small rip in the mast pocket but is still useable. This is an ideal boat for someone who wishes to learn to sail. Many of these popular boats can be seen sailing in Ramsey Lake.
